John Speer is high school Faculty in History and English at the Berkshire School. He is the Diversity and Inclusion Educator and Chair of the Equity Council. He monitors and audits academic departments for culturally relevant curriculum and plans and implements professional development in Culturally Relevant Pedagogy across the disciplines. Additionally, he partners with other departments and conducts training to help them work through an equity lens aligned with the school's strategic priorities for Diversity and Equity.
