Ken Kwapis, author and director, will talk about his new book and his time as a Hollywood director.

Hashu Watson, Blount Scholar and Junior Fellow, will talk to us about her career in community organizing.

The students will watch short videos and read an article about bias and how good we are at evaluating our own bias. They will then break into groups for discussion.

RA Parker will host a Zoom hangout with faculty-in-residence Nathan Parker. You are welcome to play your instrument or just listen and enjoy.

At the end of the last millennium, the world's nascent shared information architecture threatened to implode. We'll discuss if that threat was real, and explore how the lessons from the events of 20 years ago highlight the importance of liberal arts for the future
